- One2Call can now participate in shaping Ofcom and government policy through the influence that FCS has.
- One2Call is also now a member of an Ofcom-approved Ombudsman Services dispute-resolution scheme which One2Call customers can contact independently if they feel their dispute is not being properly handled.
