Ad-hoc IT Support & Credits

We understand that not everyone can commit to a full Managed Support service. That shouldn’t mean you can’t access quick, friendly and professional support when you need it. That’s why the same team of experts that support our Total Care IT customers are available to all.

Your simple options are:

Pay a fixed per hour fee for any support given.

Or

Buy up-front credits for a cheaper per hour price.

Support Credits can be purchased in 10-hour blocks up to 100 hours, with the per hour price reducing the more hours you buy, and also gives access to our response time SLAs.

Remote or on-site support can be accessed using ad-hoc or credit support (a call out fee may be charged for on-site calls).
