9-5 / 5 – Support during normal working hours, excluding weekends.

9-5 / 7 – Support during normal working hours, including weekends.

24/7/357 – Round the clock support, excluding National and Bank Holidays.

24/7/365 – Round the clock support, including National and Bank Holidays.

OneCare Respond

OneCare Respond.

OneCare Respond is our comprehensive but cost-effective standard cover which includes:

  • Unlimited system and handset programming
  • All fault-related labour whether on-site or remote
  • All handset repairs (where repair is possible)
  • Free replacements for damaged curly cords and handset leads
  • Annual system review (for 3 & 5 year packages)

OneCare Replace.

OneCare Replace includes everything included in OneCare Respond, plus:

  • Replacement of faulty parts within main PBX (phone server) for supported systems.
  • Replacement of faulty handsets.

Hardware cover is especially useful once your system is a few years old, or if you need to absolutely minimise possible system down time at all times.

    We don’t think our customers should have to pay more to make us care more! That’s why all our packages offer the same standard response SLA:

    Severe Fault – 4 Working Hours
    System issue rendering 50% or more of the system unusable (not including line fault).

    Other Fault – 8 Working Hours
    All other system related faults.
