Microsoft 365 Price Increase 2023
Microsoft are increasing their prices on Microsoft 365 Products beginning on April 1st, 2023.
This is no April Fools! Secure your price for 12 months before the increase date.

From April 1st 2023, Microsoft are increasing their prices across many of their services including their Microsoft 365 platforms.
If you sign up to Microsoft 365 with One2Call before March 31st, we can lock your prices for 12 months.

Beat the Microsoft 365 Price Change
On January 5th 2023 Microsoft announced that its cloud product prices will be going up by 9% in the UK beginning April 1st, 2023. The reason behind this increase is due to the global economic environment that has impacted the currency exchange rate compared to the US dollar (USD). In order to align the pricing globally and ensure that customers worldwide have a more closely aligned pricing to the USD rate, Microsoft is updating its local currency cloud pricing in GBP, EUR, SEK, NOK, and DKK based on foreign currency fluctuations compared to the USD.
The price increase will affect all categories of commercial and public sector customers equally, including government, education/academic, and non-profit organisations. The price adjustments will start from April 1st, 2023 and the British Pound (GBP) prices will adjust by +9%.
An example of how Microsoft Cloud services subscriptions will be impacted by the change include;
- Some of the popular products that will be impacted include, but are not limited to, Microsoft 365 E5 and E3, Microsoft 365 Business Plans, Office 365 plans, Dynamics licensing (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central, etc.).
- Expiring or new subscriptions purchased on or after April 1st, 2023 will be impacted by the price increase, including the price adjustment.
- Pricing for existing subscriptions for seat-based cloud services will be protected during the term of the subscription at the original billing price.
- Additional CSP seats added to an existing subscription established prior to April 1st, 2023 will be included at the original billing price.
