How to use the 3CX web client

The 3CX Web Client is the central hub for all 3CX users. Calls can be made and received directly from the client, or it can be used to control your desktop handset or smartphone client.
In this short video (just over 2 minutes) we introduce you to the basic functions you’ll need to get up and running quickly with the most flexible of 3CX’s interfaces.

Contacts
Here you can find all of your contacts and make a call directly from your browser
Status
You can set a custom status message to communicate your availability to your colleagues. You can also schedule a conference. Conferences are nice and simple to set up. Just fill in a few required details and click “create meeting”
Chat
Direct message colleagues quickly and easily via the chat function. You can also share files.
Missed calls
Keep track of your missed calls in the call history. Your call history includes incoming, outgoing, missed and abandoned calls.
Voicemail
Easily listen to or download your voicemail directly from your browser.
